Good shop. Shame about the staff. Just phone to find out what time they shut on late May bank hol’. Me: “Are you open?” Staff: “Hu …. Yea.” Me: “What time….” Staff: Slammed the phone down before I finished the question. This is typical of their attitude.

GREAT SHOP & GREAT PRICES If the shop was more user friendly when it comes to disability access to the entrance & less clutter inside the shop i would give it a 5 star rating The main door to the shop is a big issue but i must say the staff always take the time to help & go out of there way to suport you in finding what you want. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE EACH TIME I VISIT PROPPER JOB.
Well priced. Plenty of products on offer. Helpful staff member fetched something in storage not on shop floor, no problem.Lose a point for the young man who every time I visit is pushing pass shoppers. Note for him. Social distancing applies to you too.
I cannot fault the staff at any proper job store. But as for the products they are just an overpriced £1 store with only 1% of the products actually being any good. Flasks that shatter when you pour hot tea in, dustpan that snap, tools that break, the list is extensive...
