   This company are no longer there it has been taken over by Smith Brewer who have to other sites at Highbridge. Not alot of room at present while they refit the site. Lads are good as gold tipping you and will see you out on to main road once your empty.

   I bought a Meranti front door from B&Q. Premium Timber were the suppliers. Within four weeks the door began to warp and the panels started splitting. It was supposed to be made from GRP and came with a 5 year warranty but it is not GRP it is wood. I filled in a warranty claim form at B&Q Poole which was forwarded on for me. A several weeks later I tried following up on the claim. Both B&Q and Premium Timber denied liability. Instead they blamed the manufacturer in south east Asia. I wrote a letter of complaint to B&Q head office in Southampton and got no reply. Shocking response. Beware.

   Have had several B&Q pine door orders go through this company. Very prompt to collect and return damaged doors. I have ordered 2 doors over the past few months, and in all they have had to send me 5 (because 3 of the 5 were damaged). I get that pine is soft wood and easily marked, particularly if untreated as in this case, but given the wastage that seems to be happening, whey don't they cover the doors in more robust packaging, or use a different courier company (DX, in this case). Seems like such a waste.

   Ordered PCV door from Permium Timbmer over 3 weeks ago, delivery promised within 4 days, but still has not arrived. Also no communication from the company. Customer line closed. So don't know when will receive the door or perhaps money stolen? . Avoid the company.

   Terrible products! Doors are so cheap quality they warp so easily. They are main suppliers for B&Q pine doors, hundreds of people complain about brand new warped doors! Don't want to deal with customers, transfer you directly back to the supplier even though they offer a 1 year guarantee which is not worth the paper it is on. My 20 year old doors are better quality than these rubbish.
