   Shocking service, steer clear if you can help it! They didn’t offer the right rooms online, but when you find out on site they do have more to offer, instead of a straight swap or something similar for the same price they make you pay again! Awful customer service all round!

   It does the job, rooms are clean and comfortable. It is in a service station so location wise you need a car to get out and about. We had an issue with our electricity tripping, it was fixed eventually but we were left with no power for most of the morning. Team are generally nice and polite as long as you don't need anything.

   Rooms a bit tired but for the price, it was very clean and the fact they are dog friendly was a big plus. Staff sorted everything for us and the beds for the dogs was a great touch. The McDonald's customers make finding a parking space difficult.

   The company that operates this motel is not interested in your comfort or satisfaction; rather, they intend to scrape every last penny in profit by scrimping on maintenance, quality, provision of the basic essentials (towels, beverages, biscuits, cleanliness, sound insulation, security, etc, etc). The premises are disappointingly drab on the inside; the exterior has been neglected to such an extent that the grounds have become a haven for vermin, both rodent and human. Finding a parking space can be well-nigh impossible when the adjacent drive-through burger café is busy. If you need accommodation at short notice near Kilmarnock and this is the only option available, sleep in your car. Or a bus shelter.

   Although a bit tired and dated room, they were clean, well serviced and fully functional. Service from Staff was amazing for these days. Very attentive, polite, friendly and nothing too much bother. Free parking but McDonalds Customers taking up too msnt during busy times. All in all, worth 5 stars.

   They didn’t register our number plate properly, so the Parkingeye thought we overstayed. The Parkingeye fine/reminder didn’t get sent to our house, the first we heard was from debt collectors. Parkingeye refusing to resend penalty letters, Travelodge refusing to take responsibility for anything without us providing the parking fines (which never arrived), and debt collectors obviously not interested in helping. In summary ended up spending £300 on one night, should’ve chosen a proper hotel in the first place….

   Free parking, just remember to put your numberplate in at the desk. All the staff were friendly. The room was clean, the shower was good. Shared site with McDonald's so parking can be a little bit tricky, but it was very quiet and had a good night's sleep.

   We stayed for 5 days. There was a MacDo nearby which was handy for us. The room was good and came with basic services. Staffs were really cheerful and helpful. You need to pay extra few bucks for breakfast and WiFi. Would recommend for short stay for sure.

   Unfortunately I didn't stay here but went in to complain regarding the massive hole in the road that they own.causing damage to my car... receptionist was not interested and said the company know about it..shrug off shoulder then continued to smoke her cigarette

   The stay was very good. But was surprised to receive a parking charge amounting to £50! Did not expect that at all. Parked in front of the hotel but was told it was okay to park there in front of mcdonalds. Hopefully it gets rectified in time as charge will go up to £100. Be warned! Shame as we had a lovely stay in the hotel.
