   We recently used BKM to handle a small shipment of just three parcels that was held at customs. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Despite the small size of the shipment, we were billed what seem to be excessive fees for examination and redelivery, with very little transparency or justification provided when we asked for details. When we queried these fees, we were met with vague explanations and no real breakdown, which does not inspire confidence in the fairness of their billing practices. We understand that customs inspections are outside their control, but clearer communication, fairer charges for small shipments, and better customer service would have made a big difference. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

   They still owe me £200 as i had to buy a replacement window nearly 2 years ago. Dont use these cowboys. They called me to remove the review and I said i will remove it when you refund the money yoi owe me. Avoid these clowns I got a window picked up from Turkey and used BKM Transport. They charged me £800 to Transport the window from Turkey to Scotland. The employed a 3rd party and the 3rd party dropped the window. They said that the insurance is not paying out because it was 35kg. I am £1400 out of pocket and they are refusing to reimburse my money. I am now forced to take legal action against BKM. Beware of these uninsured cowboys.

   I wish I could give 0 stars. 3rd class service. The staff lied throughout the process. Staff unable to speak English properly. Hidden costs bullied me to pay as they moved my goods into storage without my consent and started charging me. Horrible experience very disappointed.

The best Turkish Import and Export service you’ll probably get in the UK. Never had bad experience with deliveries They go extra mile for Customers. Their Freight prices are very competitive I reccomend anyone doing Imports and Exports

   Great experience! Imported 4 pallets from Istanbul, received the pallets in 8 days. Very polite and professional staff in their UK Office. I was recommended by a friend to use this company and I recommend anyone who wants to import and export Turkey - UK. They offer warehousing as they have their own warehouse and fleet in the UK. received a very great service in terms of customs clearance too, BKM helped us clear the shipment in the UK
