   Depot managers use bully tactics to push drivers into operating illegally and not in accordance with the law! And when you stand up and say no and do things by the book, he becomes a nasty guy to work with. Oh, and where do I start with defects? Had a cracked windscreen for months. He told me to stop defecting it! Erm.... it's a defect! Then it didn't get replaced over Christmas shut down. It carried on cracking from the bumpy off-road terrain, pot holes on the roads, and the cold weather. Eventually, it cracked into the driver's view from the passenger side, so I parked it up in the yard and said it was VOR until the windscreen is replaced as I'm not risking my licence nor there's with fines and PG9! Worst company I'd ever worked for and will never recommend them to anyone! If you're thinking about working for them, there's better companies out there that look after their staff and vehicles better! I'm now working somewhere better, better vehicles, better equipment, a lot more money, more advanced HIAB work, doing STGO too, and a lot happier. Better work/life balance & a company van with fuel paid! Oh, and no stitch ups on a Friday.....
