Big shout out to Phil from the Melksham branch. I have very narrow sloping access to my property. Phil tried to deliver but the lorry couldn't cope with the slope and tight turn. He went back to the depot, moved all my goods onto a different vehicle and came straight back. Job done. Customer service is excellent, I would 100% recommend.

When you ask for a morning delivery and it turns up at 2.30 pm contractors standing around since 11.30 am waiting for said delivery, I suppose it's ok you don't have to pay people to stand around. Would never use again.
