   Wouldn't go to this place. I had an appointment but thought I would double check before I went that she felt comfortable dealing with my 16 year old girl. Who has arthritis. I felt she was very abrupt and not at all caring or sensitive about my dog. All I got was if you want to cancel I don't want a deed animal on my table!!. So much for being caring about animals and its says on her notice about what she does its one to one that's not true she has other dogs in at the same time. It was my friend who had been before that brought this to My attention hence the reason I queried it again. So glad I did. Wouldn't want someone like that anyway near my girl

   Very disappointed with the quality of the groom and the service received. Not only was the cut uneven all over, her face including ears appears to not even have been touched. We also found knots which hadn’t been brushed out/cut and her nails had not been clipped which was included in the price. I reached out to the owner by text and she was very defensive (blamed our puppy - something which was never mentioned in fact she told us she was very good). They didn’t even offer any refund or help to fix this. Very disappointed in this below standard groom and customer service, we definitely won’t be back and would not recommend.

   Really delighted with the service at Poochinis! I've taken my rescue greyhound here twice now and he's been well looked after. The prices are very reasonable and we always get a lovely warm welcome. I feel very comfortable leaving him in their capable hands!
