   Everything was amazing! They were so patient while I explained exactly what I wanted for Harper’s groom, and just as gentle and caring with Harper too. I’ve tried so many groomers in Glasgow, but most just cut Harper’s fur without following the picture or details I gave them—and that was it. It’s so rare to find someone who really listens, knows what they’re doing, and can deliver the perfect cut. Shannon groomed Harper exactly the way I wanted, down to the specifics. Traveling 1.5 hours was absolutely worth it—I’m so glad I gave them a try. I’ve finally found Harper’s long-term groomer! Thank you so much, Shannon.

   Fantastic groom from Erin. We were recommended Shampooch from a friend after having had a few bad grooms at other venues. Shampooch is absolutely amazing, the attention to detail and quality of the groom is fantastic. They covered everything from nails, eyelashes and listened to everything we said. Our little cockapoo looks amazing is so soft and the venue set up is so beautiful, clean and nice. Can easily see why they are an award winning groomers!

   It was my toy poodle Willow’s 1st time here after been recommended. She had a tidy up. She came out fantastic and smelling amazing! With cute wee bow in her hair. What a lovely touch.
