Please don't patronise this Company as your items are subject to long delays. The UK Staff are very RUDE and unprofessional. My air freight items were to be delivered within 10 days, but it took more than 2 months.
As a first-time customer, I was initially hesitant about using Geeomotayo's logistics service to deliver my fragile package to a location outside Lagos. However, they exceeded my expectations. Throughout the delivery process, they provided detailed updates and responsive communication that helped ease my concerns. The package arrived safely at its destination, demonstrating their impressive handling of delicate items. I'm very satisfied with their professional service.
I used this company for the first time and my experience was horrible! First there was delay in shipping due to an ongoing strike, their weighing system is super flawed and inflated with unnecessary repackaging charges, expensive items went missing from my parcel and the parcel was not handled with care as I had stuffs broken as a result of malhandling. The worst part is that they did nothing about the stolen items. Not even an apology. They only said they will investigate and get back to me and up until now, no feedback. I have called and sent messages- nothing. It's my first and last time of doing business with them because they lack integrity and are unprofessional!!!
I have used this company to get my luggage delivered from Nigeria to UK and they do well to ensure they deliver on time but they will never accept they are at fault if anything goes wrong with your luggage and the expect you to bear the loss without apologies...... They can do better Still waiting for your response on my missing crayfish
There is however a major downside to services rendered. The pricing pattern(Volumetric weighting) is haphazard and unreliable. Identical items sent on 2 different consignments differed by as much as 12kg, resulting in steep increment of £155.00. Implication is that one cannot plan financially with their services due to spurious weighting mechanisms. Other than the problematic pricing mechanism, Service Delivery is quite excellent. Unlike the typical Nigerian run business, you do not need to follow up with the company to get your goods delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
This is the best cargo company I have dealt with and trust me I have dealt with many. The owner is very considerate and straightforward. I always send extremely fragile goods and to my surprise they arrive with no or very minimal damage compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. A Cargo company that I can tell you is fully committed to making their customers happy, this is a rare quality from experience. Everyone I have introduced to this company always come back with good experience. I have had my goods delivered to them, not packed and in a mess but they will take their time to pack and ensure my goods are secured and sent to Nigeria. Like waohhhhh!!! Thumbs up guys
I was looking for a reliable shipping company that delivers goods from the UK to Nigeria. I was disappointed with quite a few cargo companies. My mum gave me Geeomotayo’s number. I rang him out of hours and we concluded our business over the phone. He directed me to their website and I booked for collection. The bags were collected as scheduled and I was kept informed with every progress. The bags were flown out from the UK on Friday, and the bags were delivered to Kaduna State, Nigeria, on Monday, 10 days later. The bags were delivered in well packaged and secured boxes. I couldn’t be happier. They are a reputable company. I gave them 5 stars because their communication is impeccable, they always communicate with you and they always answer their calls, unlike other companies I’ve dealt with in the past. I recommend them.
