   Messaged on saturday to ask if my dog could be clipped nothing fancy just clipped short,l received the standard automated reply of they'll get back to me,today is wednesday still no reply to me,she clipped my dog a couple of times before so lm not a new customer,she obviously doesnt need the money,its downright rude not to reply to say she can or cannot clip him,ld have given her zero if l could,lm not happy

   Took a very anxious client's dog for his cut. Caroline was fantastic. She understands dog body language and worked with the dog at every step ensuring he was comfortable. She told me at the beginning that the dog may not come out fully clipped if she felt he was getting upset. I was really pleased she put the dog's needs before a beautiful groom. On saying that, she worked slowly and calmly and the dog came out with a full groom. I can't recommend Caroline more highly.
