   I’ve took my PTSD Rommie rescue for last 2 years and always from first groom felt they emphasised how nervous and traumatic she was. Groom 5/6 in I booked her in for a full shaved groom on Saturday 30 August at 1230, later I came back and all groomers were busy with other dogs, was shocked to see my extremely traumatised dog had been left shaking tressed up for 1.5 hour, not having been even started, whilst the 2 female groomers were quite harsh with corgi type dog which they then muzzled , obviously my poor dog was left on table trussed whilst 2 groomers dealt with the other! (no one seen me pop in) I returned 30 mins later to be told by female groomer they’d been busy and was sent away again whilst my dog was clearly shaking and petrified. After 3 hrs I eventually just stood and waited, my ptsd Romie rescue, Peppper finally came out 3.45 hrs ( what should’ve been a 1,5/2 hr groom) after I left her in your care, she shut down since, never came out from under bed or ate for days, had her lady bits shaved so close I had to take her to the vets! I sent a message to Del/Derek and received no reply! I will never trust you or your groomers again with my precious dog.

   Took my Border Collie in for a groom today and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was so friendly and professional, and they clearly know how to handle dogs with care and confidence. my boy came out looking spotless, smelling lovely, and most importantly—happy and relaxed. You can tell they were treated gently and with a lot of patience. Highly recommend this groomers if you want quality service and a stress-free experience for your dog. We’ll definitely be back!
