   Evri has the worst customer service possible. My parcel went missing while in their possession a month ago and they have not been able to locate it, give me a straight answer as to what happened, how it was possible to have proof of delivery, be able to provide evidence of this 'proof' (in tracking info it said it was signed for but this is impossible, being addressed to a post office which was open at the time they claim it was handed directly to someone), and why they changed the delivery information from what I had originally entered to something else (they just were able to tell me it was 'changed' but to what and by whom is still a mystery). To eventually get email interactions that are maybe at least overseen by a human, I had to repeatedly speak to their useless AI chatbot, following up over several days with limited selectable interactions that mostly went in a loop. Finally being able to submit my email and 'elevate' my issue, the last email I received from them acknowledged that I requested a phone call, apologizing it hadn't happened, without saying anything that would suggest they have any intention of following through on that request, or doing anything in general. Not sure if at any point I spoke to a human through email exchanges, as literally ALL of my questions remain unanswered dispute my frequent follow ups. If there were any humans in this process, they are trying their damnedest to do nothing at all.

   Very kind people, I'm going there mostly for my Evri Parcels or Amazon Returns, but they also have good prices considering the area. Once the labeling machine didn't work and the staff offered to help me, getting the job done. Highly recommend!
