   I dont know whats wrong with the lady in the shop. The guy was nice tho. The lady who look after the shop is completely rude and unhelpful. I was about to drop off one parcel and she said the scanner was not working and asked me to bring back the big parcel and tried another day. Ok, understood that her scanner was not working. After two days, I came and asked her whether her scanner is working now. She said yes but the carrier is not collecting parcel today, try tomorrow morning. I told her I am not available tomorrow why can’t you just scan my parcel and let me leave the parcel for tomorrow collection. She said your parcel is too big. To be honest, I have dropped off a bigger parcel before, but the guy did not say anything to me. And she said you can also try another drop off. Well, if I have another choice I won’t choose your drop off point. What is matter with this rude lady.! Always reject customers drop off.

   I was very disappointed about this store' s return services. The seller/owner made me come back to his shop for 3 times for the same parcel. First time he said that the parcel isn't securely sealed. Second time he said the box is too big and that delivery man just left the store, suggesting to come back next day or to try at another Evri Parcel Shops. I obviously didn't try the 3rd time and I will never use their services again even if I'll have to find another Evri Parcel shop much far from the where I live.
