   Our bathroom purchase mostly went well, Steve was very helpful but he has now left. Unfortunately there was a part missing. Four months of phone calls and emails have got nowhere, they just don't seem to be interested. I'll go somewhere else next time.

   Sold faulty bathroom equipment including a wall tap which leaks. Upon raising this issue with them they refuse to answer calls or reply to emails. Terrible company, and terrible customer service. I highly recommend you avoid using their services. Have had to start a claim through the courts to get our money refunded. One star is too generous.

   The showroom staff were amazingly knowledgeable, hard working and helpful. I'm really impressed! I had an urgent problem with my shower and was without running water. I was directed towards City Plumbing by another local retailer saying they were more knowledgeable for old and non standard plumbing. They were able to direct me to a range of products that I could use and talk to me about fittings and how I could approach fixing it. Now a few hours later between their expertise and a few YouTube videos I have fixed my problem, fitted a new shower and it cost me a lot less than I feared it would.

   I purchased some special order parts for my domestic biomass system. On giving the order we agreed that these would be delivered directly to my home. The folllowing week I was left a message by a female staff member to say that the parts had arrived on the Tuesday morning. I called on Wednesday and spoke to the man who had originally taken the order, and he assured me that they would be sent out. By Saturday morning, they had still not arrived so I called again. I spoke to the woman again who said they were still sitting in front of her. I needed the parts so I decided to go and pick them up. So far, just disappointing and frustrating, and I have to spend an an hour fetching them and paying for the cost of fuel. On arrival I had expected some sort of acknowledgement or apology for the poor service. Not a bit of it!!! When the woman presented me with the parts and a copy invoice, I said it was disappointing that they didn't get delivered as agreed when making the order. She was clearly sceptical and asked who had said they would be delivered? When I stated that it was agreed at the point of order, no apology - just a comment that "she would have a word with them". This is an opportunity missed to make a genuine apology, and instead you have an angry and frustrated customer. I will not use this branch again.
