Great range of products, some staff friendly, but some staff grumpy… always seem to get the ones who don’t want to be there…
I recently broke down at Budgens Shell petrol station in Box and I was so impressed by how helpful the staff were. They helped to push my car (that wouldn't start) into a safe place so I could call the recovery team. Such a friendly and supportive group of people and the manager was also very understanding when the recovery van took much longer than expected. Thank you!
This is my local shop and fuel station. Staff are always friendly and helpful. So nice to have this on our door step. Feel it is time to make an edit to my review based on both mine and my friends view . The fuel price here has been the highest in the area sometime by as much as 15pence a litre ( serious profit taking going on) The in store goods have also risen to an exorbitant level where even a yellow sticker products are more expensive than similar products from stores nearby. Pre covid, when prices were reasonable it was difficult to find a place to park . Now there is never a problem which I believe is a direct result of the now very high prices and fuel cost.
Little on the pricy side but a great shop and petrol station.

Good garage with not bad prices Good size shop if you need things. On site toilet which is good, as the place is out on its own. Happy friendly staff.
