   Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They held our parcel for two weeks. Didn’t even bother informing us. After many phone calls they came up with “no one has a key to the van” excuse. Not even a simple apology. Totally unprofessional and plain rude. Avoid! There are many other similar services to choose from. I hope this review will save you the trauma we have gone through with Poland Express Ltd. Avoid at any cost!

   honest company that does the job that you paid for. Customer service is not a priority but they have been very reliable so far in all our transactions and they are also quick. None of the parcels had any damage and they charge a very very reasonable fee. Recommended!

   I definitely do not recommend, even advise against using the transport company Poland Express Ltd. An arrogant driver who has no approach to the customer. He brazenly lied to our living eyes when we gave the parcels away, saying that he had already weighed them (he didn't have scales) and he was throwing imaginary kilograms (by eye). He said that the packages weigh 80 kg and when they arrived in Poland, it turned out that they weighed only 50 kg! When I called him to tell him about it, he was in opposition, he couldn't apologize, he just kept arguing. I was deceived, I am very dissatisfied and embittered with such an approach to the client (or rather the lack of it). Never again from this company. I do not recommend, steer clear.

   Very arrogant behavior of the courier. They throw packages in front of the customer, finally they do not answer the phone - so the package cannot be picked up. Note - bush company. By swerving wide.
