Ordered a To Good To Go surprise bakery bag for £3.50. It was a surprise! 3 loafs of Sourdough bread and 1 packet of finger rolls all 2 days pass the expiry date. Items were packaged up so did not realise till I got home.
Don't work here! They don't deal with problems and will sack you unexpectedly and unfairly for raising concerns. Useless managers and miserable atmosphere. Avoid.
On entering the store you are very aware of the miserable looking security guard, obviously very board and uninterested in his job. Went in to by a chocolate bar and was shocked at the price, £3.75 for a normal Twix, all chocolate bars were this price! Justify this please! WALKED BACK OUT! NO THANKS!!
Horrible miserable staff member who let down the brand & colleagues. The self checkput tills are not very good, poor sensors that struggle to pick up item weight, elderly staff member (lady) at 09:20 berated me rather than politely help. She definitely needed a tea break.

Rude staff member on self checkouts this afternoon when getting I.D’d for paracetamol. I understand it’s a policy but certain politeness wouldn’t go amiss when the customer is clearly above the age of 25. He was smug and unprofessional and we will not be returning.
Had great service from Spike! Fast service and polite and made me a proper decent wrap! I have been disappointed in a couple of visits before, but felt that Spike deserved a good review. There is also a young lady who I have received good service from previously, will get her name next time.
Doesn't have any milkshakes in meal deal ☹. Not many bakery items in meal deal either. Otherwise has a broad selection, fresh food counter and some more unique items (eg. instant Ramen/noodle selection)
