    Have been shopping here since it opened and it's generally a good experience but today I when I visited I used the self service checkout . I had some wine which needed age verifying, the staff member who came after 5 minutes of waiting did a snear like look up and down me . I'm 61 so I don't think I look under 25. I asked him what that look was for but he just walked away. I think this is very bad customer service. I was in two minds to just leave my shopping and go to Morrisons near by. Sainsbury s teach your staff better customer service. I shall be using Morrisons local just around the corner from now on.

    Thank goodness this is not the only minimarket in our village as, having just experienced a shocking level of service, coupled with being effectively called a liar by one of the staff, I have no desire to set foot inside the store again.

    Your local shop, unless you a dirty cycling pleb, no parking for you and we've fattened the street lighting so you have to lock up eslewhere, go and buy a BMW or something and then come back. Thanks (it's a shame as the store and staff are lovely, will gladly update)

    Tidy nice store with very friendly staff. I know it is a smaller shop but I feel they often only offer quite expensive options for lots of products, for example the only 9 roll toilet rolls they sell are about £3.60 ,they could offer a cheaper alternatives .

    Surprisingly large range of products for sale given the small size and they even have self scan tills - coalpit health / frampton cotterell has been crying out for a store like this for many years now.
