   The whole display in Kingsmead Square looked tempting. I asked the seller (a guy of about 55) a question about leeks and he was quite rude in his response - so he lost a sale (I was going to buy other things as well). I went to Tesco and bought leeks which looked just as good, were the same price and I used my Club Card! I did tell him I thought his response was a bit rude and he went all 'big man' and said something like I tell it like it is, I don't mince words. Well some people are quite sensitive and there is no need to belittle them even if you do think they have asked a stupid question.

   Great selection, fruit+veg usually way more fresh than grocery stores and better ripened for flavor. Nearly everything loose, get as much or as little as you need. Good deals and nice crew. Easy 5*

   The greengrocers stall in Kingsmead Square is only open about four days a week but is well worth making the effort to visit. They offer a great range of fruit and vegetables including things completely unfamiliar to me. This is a genuine place to grab a basket and go round picking the things you want to buy and their prices are really competitive.
