Please note, this store closed permanently on Friday 13th June 2025. Google Maps has refused my edit noting as much, so the place still appears as open on Maps. They have one other physical store, 23 miles north, in Tetbury. I went to this store from time to time as they were the only shop in Bath stocking refills of my favourite body wash (by Faith in Nature - although they were often sold out). Now they've closed, I have to buy new bottles each time. I was served by one fairly unpleasant staff member on my first few visits, but after that (and once I got use to their system), my experiences were positive. It's a shame to see them go, as they had a good stock of other items as well. That said, I know of 3 other shops in Bath selling similar items and refills, and I expect there's more I don't know of...

Get what you deserve. Rude and unhelpful staff, over priced, low quality stock. Good riddance.

Lots of jars of interesting edibles in jars and fresh produce. Rows of household product refills. There’s a ‘borrow’ bin full of containers. Lots of kitchenware/gifts, interesting drinks and nice snacks to have with a lovely cup of organic coffee. Lots of gluten free stuff too.

One of the best refillable shops I've ever been to! Incredibly friendly staff and an astonishing range of products (even recycle plates and cups for picnics!!). You can also have coffee and cake in, with a lot of gluten free options and a fair selection of vegan goodies. The produce was fantastic, and they will refill any receptacle you have, however random! Also, excellent prices. Brilliant way to do your bit in cutting down on plastic waste in a welcoming environment.

I really like this shop, but I was really disappointed when they installed a new TV screen - I love the concept of a waste free shop but they have largely increased their carbon emissions because of that screen which they also leave on overnight. Since their whole ethos is to live more sustainably and be kinder to the planet, surely they should think about their carbon footprint? Also living in a post-covid world, I really wish they would put a cover on their pastries and bread shelves.

Great range of food and household supplies hygienically stored and thoughtfully presented. Nice vibe and helpful staff who are constantly introducing new and useful products into their range.

Excellent shop. Delicious Greek olive oil that works out as less than a good premium bottle would cost. Delicious granola too, and so much more. Many products are organic, some gluten free and vegan. And the environmental credentials go without saying. Friendly, cheerful service.

My wife and I LOVE this shop and are so happy to have a zero waste store nearby! The customer service is amazing - after only two or three trips, the staff switched from "welcome" to "welcome back," and after a few more trips they've remembered our names. It's such a wonderful, comforting touch - especially during the pandemic, when such interactions are (understandably) limited. Not only are the staff absolutely amazing, but the products are to die for. The snacks they have are addictive - both the paprika crisps and the bombay mix. I've also never had better quality and better priced produce from any where in Bath - and I've been everywhere from Morrison's to Waitrose. We also regularly buy washing up liquid, showering soap, loose spices, and oil from this shop - again, top marks on the pricing and quality. Their curry powder is AMAZING. Any other confident cook who uses curry powder often knows how difficult it can be to find a reasonably priced, tasty curry powder. I look forward to trying the juice bar, and my wife looks forward to trying their coffee. We're both dedicated Refillable shoppers and would (and do!) recommend this store to any of our close friends and family. So, strangers on Google reviews, we recommend this store to you, too!
