Best courier service we ever used, very polite and helpful staff. The booking system is very easy to use unlike the big name we have used in the past. Our parcel arrived on time and we were giving up to date tracking information of our parcel. We will definitely use ITS again.
Amazing customer service team and easy to use website, which creates all your paperwork upon bookings. We have a lovely account manager that would bend over back to help us with our shipments. We are always receiving good feedback about our delivery service
Would have given 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Arrogant staff on the phone. Horrendous website. Late and long delivery times. Take forever to pick up. Not contactable over whole weekend. Their incompetence has reflected badly on me in my job and after 3 chances they are worse than ever! I really don't like slamming small companies but you have serious improvements to be made. Will be setting up an account with one of the big companies this week. A real shame.
