    No one to talk to and no one is getting back to my emails neither, This is the worst service and system ever. Seems so easy to book a collection but thereafter you don't exist. My parcel hasn't been delivered to Switzerland and all I was given was the collection number I cannot track my parcel - I cannot speak to anyone not get a reply! Its frustrating and unbelievable.
