   Every time we go there, we encounter issues with the jet wash, the brush, or equipment that is already broken or dirty. The inconsistency is frustrating—sometimes the machines work, and other times they don’t. It’s clear that there are management problems that need to be addressed. Overall, our experiences have been disappointing and need significant improvement.

   I see lots of reviews mentioning staff being rude or untrustworthy but I've not experienced this. The main issue I've seen is lack of range of items.

   Thieving cashier skimmed my nectar card, even knew how much to steal and use my card. Reported, and they know you're doing it. I'm glad I paid cash on the fuel.

   Rip off car wash. Drove literally miles here to use this car wash to get the bird mess off my windscreen. Paid £9.99 for premium wash. It did not remove the bird mess and they wouldn't give me a token to complete the job despite showing the pictures of it still on the windscreen. Go elsewhere. Get the job done right.

   Average. Security Guard (?) head in his lap constantly on his phone whenever I go there allowing people to dump their bikes/scooters etc., right in front of the entrance, not ideal for anybody trying to enter in or out of the shop. Consumables are pricey. Car wash very often out of order. Apart from that it's o.k.
