   The new staff are terrible. The poor guy is always stuck on customer service by himself while the other two are hanging put the back doing stock. One of the staff members had seen that there was atleast 15 of us waiting because the self checkout stopped and went right back to doing stock. The old staff were great. New staff. Far from even being good

   This store always seems to be dirty, especially the floor. Last time I visited here the Costa coffee machine was beeping every 10 seconds, apparently because there were missing syrups. Today the coffee machine wasn’t working at all. There were also no forks available for me to eat my “ready to eat” pasta. As you have taken the forks out of the packs, they must always be available in store. Apparently, they are “on order.” There was nobody at the checkout, again, and the air conditioning unit was blowing chilled air directly, hard and fast, at the self-service tills, despite it being 7°c this morning. This store needs attention.

   Excellent ongoing patient polite service in tough days for us all. Thanks to staff here. Tesco's selection of good food options widely. Hope they keep aiming for the best of family business traditions in which the company was founded as I understand it was. Thank you. (And keep a caring eye that their music in stores does not get of the nature that tries tempers while one is trying to think well in their good stores. Thank you for your good attention to this dear Tesco after my feedback and a local incident in another! store of yours, locally NW Bristol, which at the time got into playing a lot of heavy 'rock' or etc ???, and other sorts, with words which are not the type to keep things thoughtful and respectful to all. Promote peace and caring seeking the best, thoughts for us each, all ??) Many thanks for your business for us all. !

   Staff always helpful and cheerful, food fresh and reasonably priced, also sometimes able to pick up a good special offer. The croissants are always fresh love the almond croissants recommended, we choose this shop even though it's not our nearest one for us. Just like to shout out for Rachel always cheerful, and makes it a pleasant shop.

   Checkout guy stared at his nails disinterested as I payed. Security guard looked at me suspiciously the whole time. The food I bought was good.
