Purchased lemons that went mouldy after 2 days. Picked up some Scottish Beef Mince without checking the use by date only to find it expired the following day. I also picked up two fillet steak packs and the meat was tasteless. Not impressed with the store or it's produce. A bit naff really.

It's an okay store. No cafe due to small size I would not call this a superstore more a large store, especially as the product range in some areas is very limited most noticeable on tesco own brand products. Good quality of it's own brand food. Having said that it does save time on in-person shopping as it's not huge so on balance it still gets top narks from me. Staff are helpful friendly and very welcoming. Most appear happy also. Wheelchair accessibility is great you can borrow one if needed. Two hour max stay in car park if you need longer go to customer services and register the car. For a longer stay

Wheelchair accessible. I am a wheelchair user and this Trsco is great. Everything I need, the clubcard gives great offers. Staff are great (one man offered to help with our shopping... bagging up and carrying)

Probably the worst experience of a ridiculous alcohol policy I have come across. I am 45 and my daughter 19 but couldn’t buy alcohol because my 13 year old daughter was with us! Asked how they would know she was my child so provided proof for all of them although this seemed daft and still the answer was no. Spoke to management who couldn’t overturn the decision despite his face looking like it was a silly decision in the first place and the girls serving when asked when when my daughter could return on her own to buy it laughed and said ‘that’s your problem’! That’s customer service for you.

Store was fine, nothing special. Had a good range when items are in stock. Not the usual layout of a Tesco, but not the end of the world. Most helpful part was getting fuel as there was no queue

I went to use the toilets and the smell was disgusting. There was no proof, or evidence, they had been cleaned that day (we were there around 17:30 hrs). There was no soap to wash my hands, and despite asking the service assistant at the cigarette counter, I still couldn't wash my hands. Now if we offend them in any way they remove us with their security or call the police. Today I was offended and they did nothing to help. I call this double standards, and for that I will abuse them if I ever find I have to go there again.

Definitely going down hill. Went in about 6pm the other night with one till open. Queue up the aisle and staff walking around. The dates on fresh food rubbish use with 2 days on it. How are you suppose to be able to do a weekly shop.
