Went in for Fage yoghurt. Some pots on offer some not. Always a little inconsistent in pricing and stock availability is Tesco's. Would not necessarily choose to shop here. Tesco's own Greek yoghurt is okay. Perhaps I should have walked to Waitrose instead.

Unable to review less than 1 star otherwise i would. This store has gone downhill year after year for various reasons, falling prduct quallity, items no longer stocked, etc. i particularly dont like the way they have now mixed up shelves, got some wide and some excessively narrow isles and the many rude staff members whom habe no idea where items are and who get quite put out ehen approached for help that disrupts their private conversation. i reluctantly came this evening 21.05 on passing to purchase coco having seen the sign opening times upto 11pm monday, however stopped at tesco for coco as says 6-11 where you drive in and got told at the door shuts at 9pm daily for a referb, very annoying they should tell people b4 the see a sign, drive into carpark, park, get out in the pooring rain, walk across to the doors where all lights are on.....

Can't find a way to complain, but having generators and drills doing your refurbishment at from 00.00 until at 00.48 with it still going, and the team there shouting loudly is a bit out of order.

DO NOT PARK HERE USING QR CODE ON BUILDING. I scanned QR code on building to pay for parking overnight using your parking space app, but I’ve just received a fine for £70. I have proof of parking but looking at my receipt it says different location (high street) despite scanning QR code at Tesco. I’m not local so don’t have access to signage on building however through fb I was able to find post where this has happened to someone else. I reached out to this person and apparently they were given 2 options 1. To go through ombudsman 2. Pay reduced fee of £15 as ‘gesture of good will’ but lose right to appeal again. They also contacted the store manager who confirmed the signage was incorrect and will take it up with horizon parking, that was a few weeks ago. This gentleman’s parking fine was from JULY and mine was AUGUST. So can’t begin to imagine how many people have been caught out by this parking app scam. BEWARE.

We visited the store on Saturday 26 July. There was plenty of parking there, despite very little around Wells itself. The lady on the Customer Services was very helpful and we appreciated her help very much. A highly recommended store. Thank you Tesco.

Having worked here, I can say without doubt it's the best of its kind in the country. However, I've heard that they've recently closed their deli-counter, which is a bloody-shame. The people who I worked with there were fantastic at what they did, and Tesco should consider in the future whether axing something that supported communities is right in the long-run. Boo to Mr Tesco and his ever expanding wallet.

Got fined for parking too long in car park. I have a courtesy from my insurance company atm as my catalytic convertor was stolen. I've ended up having to pay £95 without the option to appeal. I've been a regular customer of Tesco my whole life and I often bring clients to tesco for lunch. I was dropping a client off at the bus and to do a shop when i got the fine. This is a rotten way to treat customers. I've tried finding a route to complain but Tesco have been useless on this front.

Your average every day Tesco. Large enough to have eveything you need from a big Tesco and is my go to Supermarket in Wells. Staff have always been friendly but not exeptional. Could do with a few more trolly storage zones and the self scannars could be better placed as I completely forgot about them for the first 10 times I visited. Parking is 1:30h which is useful if you have other things to do if you know what I mean...

Good, efficient and courteous experience most of the time!! As everywhere nothing is perfect but a consistent and fair level of service! Competitive and convenient!!! Better than waitrose on a all over basis!!!

The staff at the Wells store are to be applauded. In particular Martin restocking the pasta and rice aisle who had the good grace and kindness to direct me to various products on not one but three separate occasions in one visit! He has a great sense of humour also Jane at the checkout whose friendly manner and assistance with packing were greatly appreciated. A credit to Tescos
