   This is actually disgusting.. why are you over charging so massively for water!! Water is a necessity and essential for concentration which is vital for motorway driving. It’s disgraceful that because there is no water station, making us have buy more plastics bottles, Waitrose have a captive audience so they hike the price up, and don’t even sell their own brand as it would be cheaper. Personally I will never stop at a Waitrose service again M&S only for me as they do not do this! Have some guts Waitrose .. come on reply to this.. explain yourselves Nah didn’t think you would!

   Incredibly rude employee. At the self service checkout and needed assistance. Man comes over and tells us “You don’t need to say anything, I will sort it out for you. “ Very abrupt and rude. Disappointing customer service for such an established brand. Shameful and appalling in all honesty.

   Very good selection of nice food to eat whilst travelling, not as good as a regular waitrose as you can not use your members card here nor can you redeem your free drink with the waitrose card as they only provide Starbucks drink machines. Also no bakery with fresh bread etc.

   I see why Scotland wants Independence after shoping hear. Price ridicules. Dont take Scotish new plasic money. Like 20 years ago . Things in England have not changed. RIP off shopping at Waitrose.

   Pathetic - I am a key-worker, supporting our community by driving a lorry as a tramper, providing fulfilment for society particularly during the Covid-19 crisis. As a human being, working as a tramper, you'd think these little stores would remain open. Otherwise, where else, are we supposed to get our food. It's not easy parking a 60ft long vehicle near a supermarket to buy food essentials, particularly someone like me, who's contracted I.B.S. Just remember, the reason why you've got toys at home, is cos' we bring them to your local store and the industry needs trampers like me and my colleagues, driving constantly up and down the country providing for you, thus, keeping these stores open, is a quintessential necessity and a great help, when our lorries are low on food.

   Small store catering mainly for snacks and drinks. However there is more general food supplies available. Doesnt have the variety of the big stores, obviously! But does offer a reasonable service. Particular mention must be made of the staff who were all polite and very helpful.
