Lovely wide aisles, friendly staff & good quality goods even their basic essential range. I like that they support the produce makers & reduce single use plastic.
Always well stocked and very clean. The deli counter in particular is always really lovely regardless of who is working!
A great store in Nailsea, stock with a reasonably large range of food produce, beers, wines, household items, books, magazines, plants, flowers, etc, etc. Stock quantities are normally ar a plus & you are able to do a full shop & purchase some additional items, herbs, spice, curry pastes, etc. There some very friendly & helpful staff here, so it's a pleasure to shop at this location, plus the store is clean & bright. I find it very interesting that even though facial recognition is being denied in being used I think I can confirm that it is being used and the information being shared. My partner has never been stopped or had her bags searched but somehow an alarm goes off every time she goes through the door. I have gone in a different entrance and watched this happen. In fact I stayed by the entrance for several minutes and several times. We very rarely go to Tescos but have been two times in recent weeks. Each time stopped on exit and asked to provide evidence which we quite happily did. We in fact asked the security guard why this keeps happening and have no proper answers. How is this possible without storage of illigal storage of images. Are we now living in a era of Pre Crime or your face doesn't fit.
The product range- reliably great. The staff- exceptional! So willingly helpful and courteous. Wish the staff in all Waitrose stores were so keen to contribute to the customer experience in such a positive way. Thank you all so much. It makes a massive and uplifting difference to perceive this.

Very good store and clean very friendly staff. Staff will help you if you cannot find whet you want. Check out iis good. Self service is very good. The sandwiches and sausage rolls I ordered for s party were very goid.
Fantastic shop unfortunately full of very special pretentious shoppers. Think I will stick to my local sainsburys.
Lovely store, kept neat and tidy. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great selection of products. Excellent quality food and items. Easy self scan machines and area. Everything is stocked up well and easy to find. Definitely recommend :)
As always it was good to shop in there. Clean and tidy, a bit empty on some of the shelves but thats the ordering system that all shops use. Waitrose has to me been the shop where if you want something different and the normal foods then go here. Lovely people work there as well.
