   Made an online order to find out that our order was coming from Nailsea when our closest is Ashton. Half of the order was not available but yet customer service told me that the online order goes through to the shop that has the most stock in our later conversion. My delivery time I had booked was 5pm-7pm for them to ring my ring doorbell at 2:34pm to say there delivering my food. I was currently out and on the way to do the school run. Rang customer services to discuss what was going to happen to be told that they cannot deliver at the time we had booked because Iceland had overbooked their slots so needed to deliver now, I explained I was on the school run , customer service re rang the branch and they told customer services that they could re deliver at 4:30 what I still wouldn’t be home from the school run. Or deliver it tomorrow. I had no choice but to cancel the order due to personal circumstances otherwise I would’ve collected but it’s beside the point when you book a “TIME SLOT” for them to move it with NO WARNING or notification
