   My friend and i made a mistake, and went into the bathroom that was apparently closed (very little sinage, so neither of us were aware, and the door was wide open). Immediately after we said thank you and went to leave, the kiosk guy just looked at us. We soon discovered the door into the petrol station had been locked. Imagine as two young girls, later into the evening, we were extremely scared in this situation. He explained he was locking us in because we had used the toilet that was closed. Understandably, we were apologetic as we were unaware the toilet was closed. He made us follow him (again, terrifying) to show us the toilet was closed rather than telling us. He refused to unlock the door for a while, as he just looked at us with what i can only describe as a disappointed look. My main concern is how terrified we were made to feel after a genuine mistake, and that is should not be allowed for us to be locked in a store. A complete safety concern, and i will not be returning in fear of this particular staff member.

   Went to get some food around 1:20 am, 28th October 2022. He made rude remarks and wouldn’t give us anything we were asking for without being lazy about it. shaking his head and being very hostile. Almost sold us two out of date sandwiches and told us that we need to hurry up because he needs to mop the floors. Never been so appalled at the customer service and was very unprofessional. If I could give zero I would. This man needs to be trained in a professional manner and taught some respect.
