   tried to buy calpol for my son you have to be 16+ to buy it and the women told me it was 18+ absolutely disgusting my son isn't well and i got ID for calpol when my son was in his pushchair in front of me

   A good local store but weekends are not the best time to shop. Lots of products are NOT available. Tuesdays are the best time to shop.

   It's an ok store they have self service checkouts. The most annoying thing is that when an item is reduced it doesn't come of automatically at the till it has to be done manually, I think this is definitely deliberate so you hopefully don't notice and you pay full price. Personally I'm not a fan of Aldi, the middle isle is always a mess and customers think it's ok to tear open products and look inside. Disabled acess is good with wide isles but unfortunately staff are not able to assist you if you need help as they are either on the till or running around trying to stack.

   Good Aldi, good selection, great prices, and some quirky items from time to time! Good deal on the soil currently! Staff seemed cheerful when I went in so not sure about the negative comments from others. Sadly it's let down by the long, long queues at the checkout...

   Always in Aldi checking out the new stock they get in. Love their fruit & Veg, stays fresh for longer than most places. Love their coconut yogurt, if you've not tried it, buy it. Yum! Good selection of foods. Always go when it's quiet later in the evenings after tea time. Can get quite busy early on. But that's a good thing for the shop.
