   The label printer hasn’t worked for years. Picking up parcels and sending them with pre printed labels is fine, but sometimes there is no one at the till and you have to look around the store to find staff.

   Ridiculous company!!! The company's delivery was UNBEARABLE, they sent me an email at 12:43 saying the parcel was supposed to arrive between 12:00-14:00 (how is it possible to mention that 43 minutes after the due time?? how did they expect me to make sure I'll be back home when they gave me this ridiculous notice afterwards?), the next delivery after missing this one was due to November 28th, on November 27th they told me they tried to deliver it again with no response (again, the email they send specified that they will come on the 28th, therefore I did not expect any parcel on the 27th). during all this time, I have never received any phone call from them saying "we are here, where can we leave it" or anything similar. worst delivery company I ever dealt with

   Unrelenting spam. They email you to say they’re expecting your parcel, then to say they’ve got your parcel, then to say your parcel is on its way to delivery, then out for delivery, then delivered. They send this by text and email so 10 messages per delivery and there is no way to unsubscribe.
