“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

“Thank you so much to ED Flowers for giving me the most beautiful pastel sheaf for my grandmother’s funeral. They were very responsive over email and phone and made picking up the flowers very easy and handled the whole thing with great care and sensitivity (especially since I picked them up on Mother’s Day and the shop was very busy, they did amazingly!) I was too upset to get good photographs but the flowers were beautiful and so fragrant. I had them in the kitchen overnight and could smell them upstairs in my bedroom. I’ve also bought their £1 daffs a few times which have always been bright and long lasting. I’ve not a bad word to say about the experience and will definitely be purchasing here again.”

“Who knew? The other half forgot their power cable for their laptop. They've gone to Gran Canaria for 2 weeks. The first week is a holiday. The second he is working remotely. I got to pop into my local Robert Dyas, minutes from my flat, and in just over 2 days DHL had delivered it to his apartment in the Canaries, which is amazing. They even provided a box for transport.”

“Great experience shipping a huge order with Siro and the team. Siro responding to my many emails very quickly and helped out when the order was stuck in customs. I shipped 18 boxes and 5 pieces of art and mirrors from the UK and New York. Everything arrived without a scratch and the boxes hardly had any bends in them. It was incredible. This went through Fedex. There was a delay in customs and some times its hard to get updates on the shipment but as far as Pack & Send, they were great the entire way through and would highly recommend.”
