horrific service. seemed annoyed a client even existed. If you do not want evri drop offs dont offer the service. Will never return.
The process itself was very easy, but the guy in this shop was rude and moody. 77 Bromley Common, Bromley BR2 9LP.
This incident just happened tonight. I requested my husband to drop-off my parcel which is heavy and bulky, on his way to work using a public transport. The man in the shop refused to accept it as he said it will stay in the shop for 2 days due to a public holiday, despite the fact that his storage is almost empty. Now has to bring the parcel with him to work. This is not the first time this happened. He also suddenly went ballistic with me earlier this year when I only wanted to pick-up a parcel. I waited outside the shop for my turn, even when it was raining as only 2 customers at a time are allowed inside. He refused to accommodate me as according to him, they only earn pence for every transaction and there are other customers (behind me) that he wanted to entertain. He told me to come back when the shop is not busy. I just wasted my time and bus fare. After that incident, I would always ask my husband to send and collect parcels for me but he also complains of his ill-temper most of the time. I am so disappointed with the shop's service and hope the owner (if not the man I am talking about) will investigate this matter.

Its operated by a guy that makes Napoleon look like a right charmer. I went in there to print a label for Evri, i explained what i read in a polite manner and the owner went off like a ballistic missile. At one point he said that he didnt even want the Evri machine, as it was using too much electricity, unlike the various archaic fridge units he had around the place! Its sad because the place is always empty, you would have thought he would want some passing trade. But, i guess not. If you want some convenience store items, then there are two excellent stores on Chatterton Road. If you want to send a parcel, then there is a great Parcel Shop on the way to Petts Wood. I would avoid this place, unless you enjoy getting your ears chewed off.
First time using Evri drop-off. Very helpful even though shop was busy. Thank you.
BE AWARE they do not accept any kind of packages size, they should at least provide these information on Hermes website or on google as living locally I brought 2 heavy packages for a mile by walking, under the rain and I’ve been refused the drop off!
