“Had an absolutely fantastic meal here this evening. Food was delicious, perfectly cooked and nicely presented. The service was second to none and we felt truly at home despite it being our first visit (of many, no doubt!). We were especially impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff were and our 18 month old absolutely loved it there. Our waiter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! As other reviews have mentioned, the front of the restaurant doesn't do the place justice. If you're wondering what it's like, just go and try it, you won't be disappointed!!”

(I didn't try the desserts) The fish were crispy and juicy The chips were plump and fluffy The calamari and prince prawns were also cooked to perfection All The staff were also very friendly and helpful 9.5 / 10 - I don't believe in perfection but this was pretty close. “Fantastic service from Ellis Saturday night! really attentive and kind, everything you look for in a waiter :) food was yummy, is expensive but you get what you pay for! thanks again Ellis. Parking is good, you don’t need to put reg in. Also took a picture of cocktail I recommend, and the mocktail version of it. I had a mocktail this time as was driving but the cocktail version tastes the same :). I recommend the calamari for a starter, and always a steak or burger for main!”

The wine selection is great and although I source my wine in France I always grab a few Australian bottles on offer when I'm there which are always a winner with friends who try them The staff are always knowledgeable on wine and beer so make sure to ask!”

The pizza was delicious, with that signature sourdough base and fresh ingredients that Franco Manca is known for. The restaurant itself is quite spacious and very family-friendly, making it a great spot for both dining in and takeaways. I ordered 3 pizzas and they are loaded with cheese, toppings, hot, and super flavorful. The delivery was quick, and the pizza arrived fresh and still piping hot. I also appreciate their frequent deals and combo offers — great value for money. The staff named Cotsy was polite and efficient, which made the experience even better.”

“We always use the Robert Dyas DHL service point in Bromley BR1. The shop assistant was so helpful I was actually blown away! Usually we are left to just guess the box size and pack it. This particular shop assistant looked at our items, judged the size we needed, he then went on to help us pack the box, holding it up for us. He was so polite and so helpful I was really taken back. It's hard to find this type of help in shops nowadays. I use to work in sales 16-17 years ago and I used to treat my customers like this. I wish I knew his name to quote! I dropped my duvet in the morning Mon and should be ready on Wednesday but I got txt on Tuesday saying is ready☺️ so I think was less then 24h to get kings size duvet to refresh. But I think I got lucky even though 2 days is not long to wait. So yes I was amazed with this. And two lovely ladies are there.”

Portion sizes are generous, variety of vegetarian options available too and prices are very reasonable, I’ve been ordering from here for years due to this. Option to dine in is offered here too which is nice as it’s always a clean environment with the staff being polite everytime. Highly recommend a visit here if you’re going to order your next kebab.”
