The food was so great that we ordered food that we could have the next day and waited for them to cook it (they make everything fresh). “My wife and I go regularly to Buddy's, where we always receive a warm and friendly welcome. Expect the menu of a café, but with a wide range of options (including roast dinners), all cooked and presented with care. If you're in the mood for dessert, then I recommend especially the carrot cake, which is home-made by one of the staff (Tracey) and is the best that I've found anywhere (moist and tasty, unlike the dry and uninspiring supermarket imitation). “We were returning from a hospital appointment in London and decided to stop at Ask Italian in Beckenham so that we could be joined by my sister who lives there and lunch together. The service was excellent. Our daughter is in a complex wheelchair and staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to find a table in a comfortable space. There was exceptional attention to our daughter's needs and to my choice of food as I have food allergies. The food, the drink, the kindness and care were notable and guaranteed we would return there again and again. Having a very accessible toilet for our daughter turned this visit to a restaurant into one of the best we have experienced. Thank you to all the staff in so many ways. Jill, Nick and Amy xx”

Everything was absolutely delicious I had chicken 65 to start and truckdrivers lamb for main, mushroom rice saag paneer and a cold cobra…Lovely. Everyone said how nice it was and we all said we would be back. Give it a go, well worth it. Edit…31/10/23. Unfortunately they stopped the sunday deal months ago. Shame have not been back since”

“We went to this restaurant on a Tuesday evening and was served by a lovely waitress called Sweety. She was very helpful in deciding what to order and made sure we were happy throughout the evening. We ordered the vada and mutton rolls to start and they were so fresh and delicious we even ordered another portion of vada. For our mains we ordered the masala dosa, mutton dosa, chicken kottu and chicken curry and everything was 10/10 so flavourful and cooked to perfection. We finished the meal with a masala chai which was delightful. We would like to thank Sweety for our lovely evening and can’t wait to come back here, especially on a weekend to try the hoppers!”
