“I need to refresh my duvet and it was a great experience as I never had one before. I dropped my duvet in the morning Mon and should be ready on Wednesday but I got txt on Tuesday saying is ready☺️ so I think was less then 24h to get kings size duvet to refresh. But I think I got lucky even though 2 days is not long to wait. So yes I was amazed with this. And two lovely ladies are there.”

“1st time ordering. Was tasty big portions, good prices delivered in quick time. Great mixed starter. Egg fried veg rice very nice and a good black bean tofu veg; no chillies which my partners happy with. The crispy chicken wings i found so delicious and beef chow mein lots meat! Yum! Will order again.”

“We have been ordering from Indian Ocean for years and unfortunately we have moved out of the area no but would still order when we go back to the area. Never dissapointed with the food here, I'm half Indian so always have high expectations. We have tried a lot off the menu, all good. Generally order the prawn puree (the stopped doing it with king prawns a long time ago but still good),lamb dish and Korma which I'm not a fan off but tastes good here. Good flavours, not too spicy and not bland. The prices have always been good and so has the service. You always get a random bonus dish for free- the bombay potatoes are great! I look forward to when I am back in the area.”

“We have tried a small number of groomers in the past and Hugo has been so nervous and reluctant to go the last groomer, due to an incident... But then we found Eddie's!! The girls are absolutely amazing, Hugo runs up the stairs to see them and his tail is happy wagging the entire time. He always looks extra handsome once he comes out! I am so so happy with their service and would recommend to everyone. Also, the shop is amazing and we always get the best treats when we go!”

“Lovely coffee shop really close to the station, not the place to be sitting on your laptop (my mistake) it’s hustle and bustle and friendly customer service is great if you’re just stopping by and having a good catchup. But wouldn’t stay for long as it’s a tiny space. Definitely recommend for good coffee and quality baked goods. Had the blackberry danish was so good I forgot to take a photo!”

“We wanted to taste some wines to select for our wedding and were unfortunately unable to make any of the special wedding tasting sessions but Jess at Majestic Beckenham went out of her way to be accommodating. We had a little tasting session at the weekend where she had already selected wines she thought we’d like based on what we’d told her. She guided us through the different wine options, advised us on quantities to purchase and was just generally fantastic. Amazing service especially as we weren’t even ordering the wine through the Beckenham store as our wedding is in Leicester (we also had great service when we called to place the order with the Leicester store). I would highly recommend majestic if you’re looking to bulk buy wine for an event and want some guidance. Thanks again to Jess!”

“Ordered food from here a few times and I've never been disappointed. We've either gone there in person and ordered takeaway or ordered online for delivery. Every time the food has been faultless, loved the octopus and the unagi. Large choice of dishes. Prices a little above average but definitely worth it. We usual order a mixed sashimi set, a mixed sushi set and a couple of other dishes and for two of us it's more than enough. Last time we ordered via deliveroo, took about 30 minutes. The staff are always helpful and friendly.Definitely worth trying the food here.”

The Levant grilled and marinated chicken was tender and packed with flavor, perfectly complemented by the fresh coleslaw, crisp lettuce, and a sweet yet spicy honey sriracha sauce. The homemade chips were crispy and seasoned to perfection, and the salad with balsamic vinegar added a refreshing balance to the meal. I also appreciated the dips being served separately, which allowed me to customize each bite. A truly satisfying meal—I will definitely be back!”

The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from, and the service was also brilliant. We were looked after by Birol, who was our host/waiter for the evening, and he was a very polite, friendly and funny gentlemen! “We visited Yammas Greek Restaurant on Monday 15/12/2025 to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was excellent – fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious and clearly made with care. The service was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel very well looked after, which made the celebration even more special. A perfect place for birthdays and special occasions. “We were returning from a hospital appointment in London and decided to stop at Ask Italian in Beckenham so that we could be joined by my sister who lives there and lunch together. The service was excellent. Our daughter is in a complex wheelchair and staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to find a table in a comfortable space. There was exceptional attention to our daughter's needs and to my choice of food as I have food allergies. The food, the drink, the kindness and care were notable and guaranteed we would return there again and again. Having a very accessible toilet for our daughter turned this visit to a restaurant into one of the best we have experienced. Thank you to all the staff in so many ways. Jill, Nick and Amy xx”
