When we entered Nandos I explained that he was struggling with the volume etc (in the shops) and we were just seeing if he felt ok to eat here. Stephen immediately offered us a quiet area in the back and got the music system turned down. He checked in a couple of further times. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had with my son, we do it so rarely because he finds it tough, so thank you ever so much!”
