   Was given a vegan pizza without vegan cheese that I had ordered. No apology, didn’t offer a refund, not even a complimentary can of juice. Awful customer service. Imagine expecting someone to eat bread and vegetables for dinner for a tenner!!

   Food is delicious, and portion sizes are OK. We have only had one issue when we didn't receive our full order. We contacted the shop and the problem was rectified very quickly and they gave us cookies for free for the inconvenience. Staff are always friendly and booking online is easy and quick.

   Ordered at 18:15 on a Sunday to collect from store. Told 'won't be long' waiting nearly an hour and when given part of it was missing. Had to ask, food stone cold bar chips as they were freshly made. Wouldnt be returning. Would hate to see how they cope on a Saturday.

   Made a walk-in order and whilst I waited for my pizza the girl behind the till answered the phone, took cash, used the till, rubbed her nose with the back of her hand and picked her eye… then went back to making pizzas without cleaning her hands. She then goes back to use the till and answer the phone and goes back again to make more pizzas. Nothing more needs to be said. I also can’t see any hand sanitizer available behind the counter for the staff. Not good.

   We usually always order online but today we visited this store for the Sunday pizza deal they offer. Online they charge £18 but when we visited the store they wanted to charge £22 for the exact same thing. Even after speaking to the staff who were very unhelpful and refused to help we decided to leave and won’t be back.

   I have had Four Star a few times now. The quality varies. For my last pizza, the base was rolled extremely thin and the toppings were scarce. There was one slice of mushroom - not one mushroom - one slice of mushroom on the whole large pizza. The olives and peppers were cut very small and there were few of them on the pizza. One redeeming quality is that the sauce is usually nice.
