   I’m sorry to anyone that actually enjoys this please but it was genuinely the grossest thing I’ve ever tasted and I was so excited for it seeing all the good reviews I got the Dubai inspired strawberries, the churros and the cookie pie thing The amount kinaffa they put on the churros and the Strawberries is beyond ridiculous. There’s really no need for that when I say the churros were swimming in it I’m not over exaggerating also, there should be a little bit more specific to what kind of Dubai inspired kinaffa this is Because when you hear Dubai strawberries, you automatically think about pistachio kinaffa but no also looks green on the website and that’s not what it looks like in real life in white light never the less I’m beyond disappointed

   I’ve been a regular at Fallone’s, purchasing Nutella milkshakes over ten times, each priced at £2.45. However, during my recent visit, an employee with a full-arm tattoo on his left arm charged me £4 for the same item. When I questioned the price increase, he insisted that £4 has been the longstanding price. Not wanting to argue, I left without further discussion. Additionally, during my last two visits, two different employees declined to use Nutella sauce in my milkshake, opting instead for a cheaper alternative from a small jerrycan, stating that this was standard for the £2.45 milkshakes. This was inconsistent with my previous experiences, where genuine Nutella was used. The frequent staff turnover at this establishment is also noticeable. These experiences have diminished my appreciation for this shop.

   Ordered off just eat and some how they forgot my dips , rang an they said it would be down in 15 mins. 1 hour later still waiting. Place is going down hill , have no respect for the customer. How do you forget something that's on a docket.

   Customer service is a absolute disgrace and counter staff haven't got a clue about the meaning of manners. Also Every time the food arrives chips are all out of the box and garlic sauce is all over the tins of coke. Staff definitely need to up there game.also ordered food for delivery and the food did NOT arrive it's places like this that don't deserve business I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone
