   So my husband and I met up with two close friends tonight for a nice meal before Christmas! The food was excellent but I'm afraid I cannot say that about the service. Out table was booked for 5:30 and waited an hr for 3 starters. Our waiter came over to us 40mins after taking our order to ask us had we eaten them yet, to which we replied no. By this point the table next to us (who came in after us) had already received their food. Perhaps the ticket was not generated but we just got an apology for the long wait. The pizza came not long after, I had specifically asked if the prosciutto could be cooked on both pizzas. One pizza came out with it cooked on top and the other not. About 10 mintues after finishing our pizzas we were politely told they needed the table back at 7:15. Had our food not have been so late this wouldn't of been a problem. We were not given any complimentary drinks or anything taken off our bill. Just disappointing.

   We called in today for a very early lunch. Even though the staff were still setting up for the day, they couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. My husband devoured his chorizo pizza, and I had the best salad ever: goats cheese, beetroot, roquito peppers, rocket and chicken. I don’t know what they did to make it so yummy, but it was outstanding. Everything on the menu is tempting. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, and the staff really set the bar high for wonderful customer service.

   Great location. Quick and excellent service. Food was 10/10. Went for the pepperoni pizza, the hot honey on top was amazing. Had lasagne bites for starter also and was delicious.

   Recently moved to Belfast and had heard good things about Orto! Definitely didn’t disappoint! The pizza was sooo good! The crust was perfect and loved the garlic aioli dip to finish the crust properly. So many choices and options too! The cocktail was just what was needed on a Friday night too! The place itself has a really cool vibe, love the decor and the staff were all really friendly.

   David and his staff were fantastic at looking after us. The food was incredible. I'd recommend ordering 2-3 pizzas (there was 4 of us) and 3-4 starters/nibbles to share. Great night all round.
