   Upon entering this establishment the first impression we got was that staff couldn't be bothered. Reading the rest of the reviews this seems to be quite common. Staff were chatting amongst themselves and looking over at the queue, repeatedly. Eventually, one member approached the queue, which had three different parties waiting to be seated. Greeted with "we only have one chef on, so it might be a long wait" , the first party immediately left. We decided to stay. We walked past the chef and I personally noticed two of the three ovens were switched off, one was on but empty and the chef's body language said it all. That all said and after our slightly rude greeting, we got seated. We were served promptly and didn't wait long at all for the food to be delivered to the table. The staff were pleasant, didn't do anything we weren't pleased with. Food was mediocre, highly processed and cheap ingredients. Not a terrible experience by any means but first impressions really do count and all I can really say it's that the price does not reflect the product. A generous 3 stars.

   My family's visit to Pizza Express in Belfast's Victoria Square was an amazing experience from start to finish. The modern, vibrant decor of the restaurant immediately set a cheerful tone for our evening. We were greeted warmly by the staff and quickly seated at a comfortable table with a great view of the bustling square. The menu offered a fantastic variety of pizzas, pastas, and salads, catering to all our tastes. My children were delighted with the kid-friendly options and the fun activity packs provided. We started with the delicious garlic bread, followed by a selection of pizzas that were perfectly cooked with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The Pollo ad Astra and Margherita pizzas were particular highlights, bursting with taste. Our server, Mark, was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot for family dining. Overall, Pizza Express in Victoria Square provided an outstanding dining experience that left us all smiling and satisfied. We can't wait to return!

   Very nice staff. The pizzas are fantastic, the crust was very thin but elastic, excellent! I tried the Padana, great mix of vegetables, cheese and the onion. The caprese salad was good. Recommended!

   My daughter and I just spent the loveliest couple of hours this afternoon at Pizza Express. The food was excellent, really good quality pasta dishes and so tasty. Excellent wine selection and such lovely staff. This is a repeat visit and was every bit as good an experience as on the previous occasion. I thought it was worth posting a review to recommend the food, the drink and the first class service.

   We went for lunch and enjoyed our meal. It was satisfactory and filling. My chicken Caesar salad was very nice though they had run out of some items and had to use rocket and spinach in it. The place was clean but possibly short staffed. The man serving us was a bit overwhelmed I think trying to take orders, take payment and seat customers.
