“The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. We received an image of the delivery signature at 7.46am along with images of the goods being received and signed for which is rare to find from a courier company in our experience.
