   Food was great but I’m only reviewing because I’ve been overcharged and have tried to reach out with no success. I’ve attached my receipt where it clearly shows that’s I’ve been charged more than I should have. My dispute has been resolved with Nad. Great service

   TRAMPY DELIVERY. the delivery driver drank 1 of my milkshakes and I know this because they have pulled the bag open wide enough to pull the 2nd one out and it clearly says 2 on my receipt. Not only did they drink one they started to drink the second one with clear straw holes through the cream on the top. The delivery river was confronted and said to contact uber eats. Called the restraunt on 3 diffrent numbers and each time they answered and as soon as I said hello they ended the call. Will never ever ever order from these tramps ever again.

   Don't go there for zinger burger. Didn't tried anything else. Cheese sauce on fries really stinks like chemicals. Burger fillet was not fresh. Tase honestly not good. Gunners BD9 still unbeatable. No promoting anyone honest review. Service wise people not friendly can't say they are rude. Atmosphere as compared to others where I normally go often is poor.

   Came here for just a burger as I heard good things. Maybe this branch missed the mark. I ordered 1 burger and was told 10-15 minutes wait. I was the only person in store but they did have deliveries. Food took 35 minutes to come with no compensation. Food itself was okay but nothing special. Definitely better smash burgers out there. I was very disappointed with the service. I will not be going back unfortunately. Staff should be taught about giving customers appropriate wait times, and where that fails some compensation to keep the customer satisfied

   Absolutely Disappointed – Cold, Low Quality, and Poor Quantity I had high hopes for Mr. T’s, but this was by far one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve had. The food arrived stone cold, completely ruining any chance of enjoying it. The presentation was sloppy, and the inside of the box was soaked with oil stains, giving it a very unhygienic feel. To make things worse, the portion size was a joke. For the price I paid, I expected a proper meal, but what I got wouldn’t even satisfy a small snack craving. The fries were barely warm and soggy, and the cheese-loaded dish looked like it had been thrown together with zero care. The tiny dip on the side looked and tasted stale. Honestly, I wouldn’t serve this to someone even for free. Mr. T’s seriously needs to reconsider their quality control and portion sizes. If you care about your money, time, and appetite — avoid this place

   Update 2: Fantastic Meat Stack burger, best burger I have had for a while. Hot Shot Parmesan is always so good. Appreciate efforts by management to improve customer satisfaction. Thanks Update: changed rating from 3 star to 5 star as I have spoken to Manager Nadeem who was very apologetic and promised to make amends. Due to my concerns regarding the food He has offered me another opportunity to experience Mr T’s food and review, that I will take up in next few days and update. I appreciate prompt response and sincere approach of management towards improving customer satisfaction. ————————————————————— Food has always been good at Mr T’s. I ordered today for pizza, burger meal and chicken nuggets. I specified No chips No Drink, nuggets only. I trusted his calculation and paid. I queried after how he has charged me and was told that he has charged me fully for Nuggets meal even if I didn’t want chips or drink and that is how prices are. Think this needs looking at and staff should inform customers how they are charging.

   I have been visiting this outstanding burger place for a while now and still they are providing tasty fresh smash burgers & zinger burgers within good price range. Milk shakes are really nice as well. Try it once and you will start visiting it regularly.

   Disclaimer I went here in August 2021. We went on Saturday afternoon after hearing a lot about the place. We went from Birmingham all the way to Bradford just for this! I follow them on Snapchat and their food looked banging on that! It lived up to our expectations when I actually went there. Genuinely unique tasting burgers and the pizza was amazing. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the items but am planning a visit soon. Would definitely recommend a visit. I still follow them on Snapchat and they're still as busy as ever.

   What can I say about their food, simply one of the top burgers if not the best. Ordered simply smashed, superstar and full peri peri chicken with lightly spiced pulao rice. The burgers really juicy and tasty. Chicken was well cooked through and tender. Fries were freshly prepared hot and crispy. Paid £26 for this food and worth every penny. Thanks to the chef for this great experience. Keep it up Mr T's.

   Been wanting to review this place for a while, but never had any pictures until now. They have a great and simple menu, and just sell meat and chicken burgers, parmos, pizzas, donner, and a few other bits and pieces. We had the stir fry donner meat and chips which was really nice and spicy, but was let down with the excessive sauce. The smashed cheese burger was good, but lacked seasoning and flavour. The fried chicken burgers though were really good. Fresh, crispy and tasty. Good value for money too. Psrmesan was lovely, cheesy and you could tell the chicken base was freshly made. We had a mocktail too which actually tastes really good. Service was really good and there is a good vibe here. Would definitely come back, but the cheese burgers/smash burgers need a touch of salt and flavour.
