Sushi done right! We've had takeaway sushi from Kyoto a few times now and its never disappointed us. Its made fresh to order so be prepared to wait. There's plenty of variety, all fresh, rice is cooked to perfection. Definitely well worth a visit!
I’m unhappy! I made an delivery order at 17:40, the website said that the order would be delivered at 18:24. At 19:23 I called and the girl answered that she would find out the reason for the delay and call back. At 19:43 I called again and heard the answer that there were a lot of orders and I needed to wait. After that, the website showed that my order was delivered, as a result, the order was delivered at 20:14 after my third call! The girl answering the phone was completely impolite. I understand that there can be a lot of orders and even the order could have gotten lost, but you can just call and warn that the order will be later! Of course, it is always easier to say that they could not get through, although all my contact information is correct. A very sad situation that happened to me for the first time, I always order sushi only here and the quality is always top notch, but today the service is just disgusting!
Excellent! I think it is best Japanese in Belfast. I ordered online and collection. The staff was very friendly. I had Nigiri platter, california roll and dragon roll. Everything was delicious, fresh and be well presented. Highly recommend to others. I will come back to try others soon.
Excellent! We had sashimi starter and chicken noodles. Really good - well done! My only gripe was I ordered collection and could see my food sitting there while the very polite server spent 5 minutes on the phone explaining the Sushi menu to someone who called in with not a clue - any other take out would have hung up on the caller on a Saturday!! How many calls/orders missed? Any how - thats a one off - really excellent food - will be back next week
First time trying..and love this place ..food was early still hot tasted great and the portions were more than enough... Delivery driver forgot the drink but came back anyway even tho we didn't notice. Great service.
We ordered a chicken katsu tama donburi and a chicken katsu bento and a garlic butter chip. The garlic butter chip was verrrrry sweet it was almost like a light garlic syrup, was strange! and the chicken katsu werent at all what i was thinking it looked liks the tama donburi had been put in the bento box and the chicken katsu bento was strange like it had no sauce just veg etc. However i will add we did get pork gyozas which were nice. Definitely not the best but not the worst, i just dont think we would be back.
Ordered on a Friday night at 11pm. I went for the salmon sashimi, green dragon roll and soft shell crab hand roll. Everything was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend and can't wait to try other dishes in the future!
