“The girl who served me was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. She took time to tell me how the buffet worked and told me all the dishes on it. She was as very kind and helpful. The food was lovely and the portions were big. I had a small buffet box which cost £6.50 and it did me twice. There was a super variety on the buffet and a free bag of prawn crackers thrown in. Didn't have to wait long for my order either. I'll l be back.”

“Never had food delivered from here so can't comment on that aspect. I get a takeaway every Wednesday after I finish work and am working my way through the menu( it might take a few Wednesdays!). I've always found the service to be polite,food arrives quickly and I've yet to have a bad meal from there. Remember when it was the Lady Love/ Silver Lough Restaurant. Still the same quality and generous portions.”

The yoghurt with granola was delicious and the South Fry was very tasty or so I'm told. This rarely happens though and I've been getting food from here for years and I think they've maybe missed sn item once, i got free prawn crackers too for the inconvenience! “Parcel from Amazon (originally ordered from Amazon Europe) has been delivered today by UPS. My parcel was marked as out for delivery this morning. After reading through some of the reviews, I decided to physically call in to UPS Mallusk depot and collect the parcel as I explained I had other plans for the rest of the day and couldn't wait for delivery all day. The gentleman at the reception informed me that the parcel has left their depot and is with the driver who should delivery it today. I asked if he could contact the driver to check for timescale and he said it should be with me within an hour or so. The parcel did indeed got delivered to me after about 1h 30 min. The delivery driver was polite, he knocked on the door and closed the gate after handing the parcel to me. That's why I give UPS Newtownabbey/Mallusk 5 stars for this service. I can't complain - everything was spot on.”
