Late delivery, no communication. Didn't let us know it was there when it was obvious people were home. Instead they left 8 boxes in the pouring rain blocking the garage that we couldn't open it to get the parcels in! Absolutely shocking service.
DX Couriers are a big joke. How these jokers have a tie up with VFS Global is still a mystery. Their handling of an important package was careless and unprofessional: no proactive contact, no attempt to confirm delivery details, and no sense of urgency for a time-sensitive item. Drivers failed to call the recipient, and follow-up from the courier was slow and unhelpful. For critical documents or parcels I would not trust DX — their service is unreliable and shows a worrying lack of basic customer care.
very poor, my delivery was dispatched 3 days ago and their web is not responding. when i call they disconnect it without picking it up.. so disappointed... They even don`t deserve one star
How have these guys only got 1 star? Delivered my package earlier than expected and the driver john called to let me know when he was 15mins away too. Absolute gentleman! Will happily use again
Due a case of coke ordered through amazon was supposed to arrive a week ago never arrived. I heard nothing from the company no explanation or delivery time nothing. I'm giving it 1 star because there's no option for 0 stars.
In 2 years, this company has failed to deliver a parcel on time, or give me an accurate time window for when they are going to deliver it. You can contact them and they will make absolutely sure to leave you in the dark about your delivery details and waste hours and days of your time waiting for something that 'might' still arrive.
I was waiting on a car part for Mot, the part was in Belfast Dx since the Thursday from being purchased on the Monday. I rang and got diverted to the freight team, non existent customer service. The facebook messenger page is nothing other than a replayed message telling you someone will be in contact soon. Don't even bother to try the wattsapp. Pointless. I contacted the firm I purchased the part from and told them how bad it was trying to locate and get a delivery date for the item. Hopefully never have to wait on this delivery company ever again, and £20 for the delivery experience. I would rather stick pins in my eyes than use them again.
Complete sham of a delivery company I would suggest keep well clear. Used on 3 occasions and every time packages are late by 5-7 days even tho tracking and emails say otherwise. You get an email giving a date and time frame on that day and told it's out for delivery 3 times over 7 days for one parcel and still nothing. A waste of my time .
Phone staff great, was let down by a driver a few times & they sorted it very quickly. A delivery company who is contactable & actually calls you back & keeps their promise!!
Joke of a logistics company tried to deliver my parcel twice and answered the ring doorbell for them to tell me needs signing for .....sorry but I work for a living. If me telling you to leave it at the door not good enough keep it !!!
