    I've had good and bad experiences with parcelforce. I bought a product from Spain so parcelforce handled the delivery this end to my door. The whole experience was almost 14 days but the UK journey was probably 3 days. I received a delivery slot on the day which they kept to. Apart from that, I used the tracking number

    I was helped by an employee named Thomas and he went out of his way to help me track a lost package. He didn't need to help as much as he did but it was really appreciated. Easy to find and friendly staff.

    Extremely misleading pricing. When you got o book on the website you are given a price based upon the size and weight of your parcel. But, when you click to proceed to the next page, you are given a price that is double that originally given, with zero explanation whatsoever. Competent couriers seem to be almost non-existent in Britain.

    Parcel never left the depot and no attempt was made to deliver it, however I get daily emails saying they tried to deliver but I was not in! Their App would not allow re delivery to be scheduled and I wasted 2 hours on hold to customer service. Unfortunately item now seems lost.

    Past year the service is disgraceful....parcels to Cornwall from Northern Ireland, first class..can now take a week...at least....service has gone to the dogs..

    My husband posted my eye glasses, which had been repaired, to me in Ireland. They returned to him a week later. No explanation given but cost him £16 + pounds.

    Item arrived broken, had to give a refund to buyer. Was packaged in thick card, and taped. Packaging was damaged/ missing and plastic ends of item were cracked and or broken completely. Would be hesitate to use them again. Have lodged claim but to date heard nothing, bar acknowledgement of application

    Waited for parcel to arrive for almost a week, no updates on the parcel tracking until I contacted their Twitter. My parcel was sent to the wrong depot at the other end of the country which caused further delays. I was told they couldn't give me an exact date for delivery. They finally had the parcel out for delivery at 10:30am and attempted a delivery at 11am. I missed this delivery because I was only given a 30 minute notice in the week it took them to give me my parcel for with a 24 hour shipping service. Do not use this service, it is massively inconvenient and not worth the headache

    I lost my day waiting for my delivery and no one showed up. After checking the website for tracking there was an information about delivery attempted which didn't make sense. When I tried to call there was no option to talk to someone to find out what happened. Now I'll have to rebook and can't even be sure the parcel will be delivered. One more wasted day on a terrible service!!! If you can AVOID AT ALL COST!!! UPDATE: I manage to speak to someone who told me the driver tried to deliver in the wrong address, as if this was normal.
