   Possibly the worst burger and chips ever had cheap meat chips taste of old oil horrible everything was nasty poor quality but the staff were lovely couldn't fault them so helpful

   Arnolds used to be great, food was always brilliant and they opened late, i haven't been in ages and visited recently, sadly things have changed a lot. Its a bit run down and tired looking inside, (Just checking online now and the hygiene rating is only 3 stars). English didn't seem to be the first language of the two men working there so there was no conversation, its list a lot of its character, it used be quite lively with music playing and staff always good craic, very sombre now. Most importantly the food was terrible, the burgers used to be fantastic, now the burgers are greasy and cold, the chips are over cooked and measly portions. If you think cheap "chip van / market stall" type junk food you will be in the ballpark. Its a pity, it used to be a great spot but i won't be back, it's just terrible now.

   Very disappointing. Burnt and the wrong sauce came with it. Worse still was the customer service when I called the restaurant. Didn’t believe me when I said the food was burnt (see the photo) then told me to contact yoyo and they would refund. Yoyo called the restaurant today to follow up and they said the opposite. Real shame, been going here for years but won’t be back.

   So iv not been in this place in over 15yrs same name same flavour which is great but staff not happy no smiles just the look of i hate my job. It used to be the number one spot everyone went had good laugh. Now they have removed all but 3 tables needs tlc staff with a smile the place had it all back in the day the food hasn't changed still great but the place is a turn off lights are on but couldn't tell if it was open as inside looked like it was closed. It's a real shame to see they should look at the shops around it all packed it has a fantastic location great food just needs the life pumped back in. I really hope this place survives its been main part of the road for many years. Long before the rest.

   Tbh, ignorant nasty staff. Food so-so and overpriced. I don't like leaving bad reviews but Arnold's 2022 should be avoided. Don't bother finding out what I mean. Glad other customers have spoken up. Arnold's used to be great. It's sad how far it fell.

   Shocking. Horrible food horrible service. Woman extremely rude, unhelpful, terrible customer service behaviour, shouts and screams at customers. Won't be near the place again and I'd strongly advise everyone to stay away from the place.

   This place just gets worse and worse. It used to be amazing but it truly is disgusting now. Never going near it ever again. Chicken burgers are rotten, beef burgers are like something you'd get from a burger van and the chips are by far the worst bit, greasy soggy and disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague.

   Called in here on a Friday evening. The girl behind the counter wasn't particularly helpful or pleasant. My friend and I both got scampi and chips which we took back to our guest house. The smell of dirty fat as soon as we opened the boxes was horrible, needless to say the chips and scampi were also horrible and inedible. We'd have took them back but we were cold & wet and too far away.

   So rude. I called to ask where my pizza was after it was over half an hour late (an hour in total). The girl told me it was coming out the oven and hadn't even left yet. I asked to cancel and was told "are you for real, don't be calling again" and she put the phone down on me....
