   I have been a loyal customer ever since this place opened. Never had a bad experience with the food or service until today. Ordered from their new app since they moved from Bangor Eats and the money went through and was told that my food would come by 18:35 it’s now 19:35 and I still don’t have my food and every time I call the number of the business the call just drops before anyone can answer and when I messaged on Facebook I get an automated response telling me to call them. Shameful way to treat a loyal customer, never ordering from here again

   Absolutely the worst. Mac and cheese a congealed mess that's obviously made from a box with an un-natural orange colour. Overpriced and went straight in the bin.

   The worst take away I’ve ever had. Food arrived in about 45 minutes, everything was just bland and undercooked. The chicken burger was soggy along with the chips, I was actually concerned the chicken wasn’t cooked. The worst was the brie which was black and oozing out, it didn’t smell right either. I rang up and wanted a refund she said she couldn’t and she would send a perfect replacement out which I agreed (45 minutes later) the replacement arrived undercooked , the batter was still soft and gooey. I rang again to tell her and nothing was offered to me. It was really expensive too! The last time I will be ordering from here and if you are thinking of getting from here, DONT.

   I very rarely would ever leave anywhere a 1 star review but I'm hoping someone will see this and save themselves the experience I had. I had been for a sea swim in Bangor and I wanted some tasty wholesome food to warm me up and fill up on carbs. I read some bad reviews on here but decided to risk it anyway - big mistake. I phoned them to order the 'Get Stuffd Mac N Cheese. Looking on Just Eat, the description of this dish is; 'Macaroni Pasta smothered in Cheese Sauce, and Topped Breadcrumbs'. I'm a vegetarian so this sounded perfect and tasty. I picked it up 10 or 15 minutes later and parked nearby to tuck in. Unfortunately when I opened the lid of my Mac N Cheese it was covered in bacon. Not only that but the bacon looked pink and undercooked. I was met with the most putrid smell after taking the lid off. I tried to scrape all of the bacon onto the lid to see if I could salvage the pasta underneath but unfortunately the smell was so sickening I couldn't even try it. I actually gagged. It was the cheapest, lowest quality form of Mac N Cheese I've ever come across and I was mortified I paid £7.50 for it when it was clearly just made from an over-processed powder and boiling water. I would have been safer buying one of those instant pots of pasta from a shop because that's all it was. Unfortunately I had to throw it out, it's not something I would have even fed to my dog. The young staff who served me were friendly and polite but unfortunately that's the only redeeming thing about my experience with this establishment.

   It's lucky it's even getting a 1 star. Food was absolutely disgusting and coated in grease. Chips where all dead end cuts like the bottom of the bag, again coated in pure grease. Chicken goujons where saturated in grease to the point it needed a wipe down on numerous occasions. Burgers where bone dry and tasted as if they'd been made and then remade and then sent to us, bap fell apart as it definitely wasn't a fresh one. Mouldy lettuce, burnt bacon, I could seriously go on. Share size for 2 wouldn't have fed an infant yet charged ridiculous prices for them. Safe to say it'll be one I avoid and will definitely be letting others know about it aswell. Told delivery would be near an hour and it rocked up 10 minutes later by a 10 year old child who then dropped it on the ground. 1 star is seriously being generous but it won't let you pick zero. Won't be back.
